I ended up using two new polishes for this adventure that I recieved from ZOYA for free (plus $6.95 S&H) as part of the promotion that we listed last week on our Facebook page. (You could pick any two polishes, and only pay the $6.95 S&H. Normally these nail polishes retail for $8 each so I thought this would be a really good deal.) I got greedy as usual and requested four for free and paid double S&H. What I got was four craptastic polishes. I like the idea of the colors but not the execution. I also don't like the consistency or the way they dry. That's what I get for being Mrs. Greedy pants.
Anyways, I decided to use them because I paid for them and this is what happened. You guys are grown ass people and do not need instructions for hot mess polka dot nails. And if you do, well there is no hope for you. It's a fun and easy idea, especially if you are painting your nails with a 2 year old in your lap. I just highly suggest that you use anything but ZOYA polishes.
1) I like that you called yourself greedy pants lol I sometimes am the same way: "I need 3 or 4 of this great deal!! and I need it NOW!!!" and then I am sadly disapointed by the product/s.
ReplyDelete2) I was equally disappointed by Zoya nail polishes. For all the buzz ZOYA has, I was expecting an out-of-this-world nail polish! I don't have much of a problem with how it dries but I put 2 coats on and the darn polish still chips! Not cool =(
I'm getting a little better about not going too cray cray with all the free stuff (although my husband and stockpile would tell you otherwise).
ReplyDeleteAnd I'm glad someone is on the same page as me with ZOYA polisH! Yay us for being haters lol! ;)
